Honey Whole Wheat Bread

2 1/2 c luke warm water
1/4 c dry milk
4 T oil
1/4 c honey
1 T salt
1# 14 oz whole wheat flour
3 T gluten flour
1 1/2 T yeast

Mix together and let rise to double. Put into loaf pans and rise until over top of pan. Bake 375 for 25 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
