I found this online on a low-fat recipe website. It is actually pretty good compared to those yummy deli chickens!
1 whole chicken
nonstick cooking spray
lawrey's seasoning
aluminium foil
Spray the inside of the crockpot with the nonstick spray, Make 5 balls out of aluminuim foil and place on bottom of crockpot. Wash chicken and then spray with nonsitck cooking spray. Sprinkle generously with Lawrey's seasoning salt. Place chicken in crockpot ontop of the aluminium balls. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Crockpot Pork Chops
This recipe is from my very dear friend Vanessa. She made this when we visited her and it has become a family favorite!
1 package pork chops
1 jar alfredo sauce
1 jar chicken broth
mashed potatoes, rice, or cooked noodles
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Place them in bottom of crockpot. Pour alfredo and chicken broth over the top. Simmer on low all day long. Serve with your choice of potatoes,rice, or noodles.

To Die for Roast

1 envelope dry brown gravy mix

Place mixture in pie crust and bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.

Ann's Pastie's
This recipe comes from my friend Ann. She makes these and then freezes them individually for quick meals. We like to serve them with brown gravy.

WW Bran Muffins
These make alot, so I usually freeze half of them. I like to microwave them and add a tiny little bit of butter in the middle of them. They really fill you up and my kids even like them!!

4 1/2 t baking powder

Sweet Barley Waffles
I got this receipe from my friend Heidi. These are a very good, hearty waffle with a little bit of sweet flavor in them. They won't even notice they are better for them!

Daniel's Favorite Buttermilk Pancake

Add ingredients in order to bread machine. Turn on and select the dough setting. When done (about 1.5 hours) section into 8 equal sections. Let rest. Cut each section into 3 equal parts. Make ropes from each part. Braid the ropes together and roll up. Tuck in the end. Let rise and bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.

These are one of my favorites for Christmas morning.

1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t allspice
1/4 c butter
1/2 c golden raisins or currants
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c canned pumpkin, solid packed
2 T buttermilk
1 egg white, beaten
Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and allspice. Mix well. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbled. Stir in raisins and set aside. In small bowl, combine egg, pumpkin, and buttermilk; stir until well blended. Roll out onto a floured surface and pat into a circle 3/4" thick. With 2" round cutter, cut dough into 14 scones. Place scones on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with egg white. Bake 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool.

1 T butter, melted
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Unroll dough; seperate at perforation to form 12 triangles. Place 3-4 apple slices on the widest end of each triangle and roll up. Arrange in a baker. Zest orange to measure 1 teaspoon; set aside. Juice orange to measure 1/3 cup of juice. Pour juice into bottom of baker, but not ontop of bundles. Brush melted butter on the tops of bundles. Mix zest, sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over bundles. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
